We will hold any reservation made by phone for up to one week. If we do not receive your deposit by the end of that week, we cannot continue to hold your reservation. We will always send a postcard to confirm that we've received your check.
If you cancel or reduce your reservation at least two weeks prior to your reserved date we will refund or credit your deposit in full. In the event of a cancellation less than 14 days in advance of your reserved date, we can only issue a refund if we book other guests to fill the ancelled dates.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations of holiday or peak time reservations.
