We’re right in the center of everything! There’s hiking, biking and birding just outside your door. Just up the road is the Sandia Man Cave — where some of the earliest remains of Homo Sapiens on this continent have been found. A short drive takes you to Bernalillo, with its visitor’s center, several good restaurants and art galleries. The Coronado Monument features ancient pueblo remains and a great museum. There are several Native American casinos nearby if you want to gamble. Within two hours are dozens of exciting day trips: Chaco Canyon, Bandelier National Monument, Albuquerque, Santa Fe, The Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, Taos, 10,000 Waves, downhill and cross-country skiing, fishing and much, much more!
